Gallagher Girl Gazette

The Gallagher Girl Series is already in its fourth book, Only the Good Spy Young. Miss Ally Carter says that depending on her writing progress, there will be a fifth and there might be a sixth book added to the series. All rumors of the book I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You becoming a movie are (sadly) not true.
Although I'm not the type to spoil, I can honestly say that Cammie has been through a lot in Gallaugher Academy. All the way from the first to the most recent book, Cammie shows more and more determination in finding out the truth. Let's just hope that we'll read what's gonna happen next in this page-turning spy-flick.

Library Angel (Part 2)

In Aly's room...
"KYYYYYAAAAAA!!!!!" I screamed. I collapsed onto my bed. "I can't believe it," I said to myself. "He kissed me. He actually kissed me. Wait, he said that it was a thank you gift. So it probably means nothing!" I laughed. Before I could stop myself, I touched my lips. Still, I thought to myself. It felt as if it's so much more. A sudden thought occured to me. "Oh yeah! I have to bring snacks! What should I bring? Onigiri, fries, cheese burgers, sanwhiches, sushi..."
Still in Aly's room (but this time it's Darry's point of view)...
After her little scene I chuckled. She's so cute, I thought. I'm glad I have His permission. I perched on the side of her bed. She seems so much thoughtful now. Does she like me? Nah, I'll just have to wait and see until tomorrow. She moaned in frustration. I chuckled again. Atleast she can't see me, or else she'd faint if she found out that I was watching her.

The next day in the library...
I hurried to the library, carrying my backpack and a bag of fries and cheese burgers I got from McDonald's. When I checked the library clock, I saw that I was five minutes early. Well, I thought. I might as well see if there's any books that came in today. I set down my bag and food on the table we sat in yesterday and checked the counter. I found a book for the Religion Section of the library. As I put back the checkout card, I saw a book mark on one of the pages. It was a sketch of an angel embracing a human girl.
I sighed and placed it in my pocket. I walked passed the Sci-Fic Section and made a right into the Religion Section. I placed the book on a shelf and sighed. "I wonder if he's here-" I began. I wasn't able to finish because I heard a crash behind me. I turned around and saw that all the shelves were falling one by one towards me. "AAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!!" I screamed, too scared to move. "Aly," Darry shouted. "Hold on!" I looked towards him and saw brilliant white wings rise behind him. Then everything went black.

Library Angel (Part1)

Hello, my name is Aly. I'm in my first year of high school and I work part-time at the school's library during lunch and and after school. I not only love to read, but I also love tutoring and helping other students find  the books they need. I'm not conceited or anything, but most students as me for help in and out of the library.
"Hey Aly," a boy I hardly knew asked me. "Can I ask you a favor?"
"Sure. Let me guess, you want me to help you find a book?" He shook his head.
"Nope. I actually wanted to ask you if you could tutor me. I heard you're a pretty good teacher. Is that ok?"
"Sure, no prob. What subject do you need help on?"
"Algebra. What time can we start?"
"Now. Just get what you'll need and meet me here 'kay?" He chuckled.
"Um... I already have my books."
"Well then, let's sit down and begin! My shift's already over anyway. By the way, what's your name" We took out our algebra books and he flipped to a dog-eared page.
"I'm not telling." he replied. I smiled. "Then I'll call you Darry. I think it suits you just fine." He grinned.
"Okay, here's where I need help on..." I looked at the page he was pointing at. There were little sticky notes on the page filled with tips.  Before we did any expressions, I helped him understand how to use the tips on the page and what the highlighted words mean. Soon, I let him do excercises from the book. While he did those, I pulled out and began reading my copy of Romeo & Juliet sneaked a peek at him.
I noticed his shirt was unbottoned at the top and his tie was nowhere to be seen. His face showed no emotion, although his eyes showed uttermost determination. I smiled in spite of myself, and quickly went back to my reading. A few minutes later, he tapped my shoulder. "Done," he said.
I was kinda shocked. He got almost every answer right, he even tried a shortcut I showed. I giggled. "Are you sure you needed my help? And that one's the easiest, how can you get it wrong?" He shrugged. "To me, it's harder to do the easiest ones. I guess that's my weakness. Like how talking you is hard and looking at you is easy." I blushed. "Wha-what do you mean? To me it's hard to talk to people," I looked away. "Well, I guess that's good enough for today, same time tomorrow?" He smiled at me. "Sure. And before we leave, I'd like to give you a little thank you gift."
I flinched in surprise. "What do you-" Before I could finish the sentence, he kissed me. His lips felt so soft and forceful. He patted my head as he pulled away. "See ya Aly."
